GROUP TOURS

Mexico, Guatemala and Belize are popular destinations for travelers of all categories. Although our clients may know little about these destinations, we will always ensure that members of a group will receive a customized tour that will leave each with wonderful memories of the Mayan World. Each tour will be based on the cultural interests of your clients, rather than focusing only on the stereotypes of this region, "sun/beaches, sombreros, cactuses and, of course, lots of tequila".

Tours to discover the cultural and geographical diversity of the Mayan region will provide opportunities to experience a local ceremony, fiesta, or another type of encounter with the local population, but will at all times provide for the comfort, security, and well-being of our clients.

All of our programs provide for touring the cultural "classics" of the Mayan World, such as various archeological zones, cenotes, remote Mayan pueblos(villages). Other programs focus on environmental interests, such as Rio Lagartos where our clients can experience native wildlife in its natural habitat. But, all programs are flexible and can always be personalized and customized according to the wishes of the clients.

Some details about our programs are:

- All buses that we utilize are modern and are driven by professional drivers. All buses will have a guide onboard who speaks the language of the group. Most European languages can be accommodated.

- Hotels in Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize are different from what would be considered the norm in Europe. Classifications such as 3, 4, or 5-star here is very difficult. However, we know each of the hotels that is used in our programs and we can select hotels that are appropriate for the clients. This is part of our approach to provide a consistent level of service to the clients throughout their tour.

- Depending upon the phase of the tour, there will be a variety of meals provided and will be adapted to the needs of the clients according to their country/culture of origin. Usually, lunches are based on Mexican cuisine, while dinners are based on international cuisines. Needs such as Kosher or vegetarian can be provided for, but on a limited basis, usually in the larger centers and in hotels.

- All of our guides work with the co-operation of the foreign ministries of their respective countries. They are selected not only on the basis of their knowledge of their countries and regions, but also for their personable, friendly attitudes and ability to anticipate the expectations of a group. In addition, our guides are also a companion to the group and will do everything possible to make the trip an unforgettable experience.

PROFESSIONAL, PERSONALIZED TOURS

Are you a group of friends, an association, a co-operative? Do you wish to discover a new country or region of the world? All in a friendly atmosphere while meeting native people from the country? AMAC . Tours can provide such an experience in the Mayan World of Mexico, Guatemala, or Belize.

While still paying attention to the traditional aspects of a group tour, AMAC . Tours can also handle the logistics of providing Agricultural, Technical, and Industrial oriented tours. Examples of Agricultural tours would include visits to farms, plantations, & wineries. Examples of Technical tours would include visits to various types of factories, supermarkets, distilleries(tequila and others), etc. Industrial tours could include tours of the Mexico City subway, pharmaceuticals, petro-chemical facilties, etc.

Because these kinds of tours are not usually part of individual or group tours, some extra lead time would be required for the planning of any of these Agricultural, Technical, or Industrial tours.

Below you will find some examples of classical and cultural circuits beginning in Cancun or in Mexico-City.
