From Cancun in 6 days -5 Nights, by plane and private vehicle, you will visit the colonial city of Antigua, Chichicastenango with its colourful market, make a boat trip on beautiful Atitlan Lake and discover the archaeological site of Tikal. A wonderful opportunity for those interested in Culture, Ethnology, History and Ecology.

Day 1 (Wednesday - Saturday) - ... / Guatemala City - Antigua
Welcome at La Aurora Guatemala airport by the local guide speaking your lenguage and transfer to Antigua by private air conditionned vehicle (01h00), then city-tour in this enchanting colonial city. Night in Antigua.

Day 2 (Thursday - Sunday) - Antigua - Chichicastenango - Atitlan Lake
Departure to Chichicastenango (2h00) and visit the famous market where Indians from the highlands come to sell their wares, and the Church of Santo Tomas. In the afternoon, continue to Lake Atitlan (1h15).

Day 3 (Friday - Monday) - Atitlan Lake - Santiago Atitlan - Guatemala-City / Flores
Boat trip tour on Atitlan Lake visiting Indian villages like Santiago Atitlan and San Antonio Palopo. In the afternoon, transfer to Guatemala-City for flight to Flores. Overnight in Flores.

Day 4 (Saturday - Tuesday) - Flores - Tikal - Flores - Sayaxché - Petexbatun
Full day excursion to the National Park of Tikal. In the afternoon, private transfer by land to Sayaxché harbour to cross by motorboat to your Petexbatun Lodge.

Day 5 (Sunday - Wednesday) - Petexbatun - Seibal - Petexbatun
After breakfast, motorboat to reach the archaeological zone of Seibal. Visit and Boxed lunch. On the way back, stop at an indigenous village. Dinner at Petexbatun Lodge.

Day 6 (Monday - Thursday) - Petexbatun - Aguateca - Petexbatun - Sayaxché - Flores / ...
After breakfast, motorboat to reach the archaeological zone of Aguateca. Visit and return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, motorboat back to Sayaxché and private transfer by land to Flores airport for flight to... Cancun (if you want to spend somme days on the Caribbean coast), to Belize-City for transfer to Ambergris Caye if you desire to discover the second largest coral reef in the world, to GuatemaLa-City for your flight back to your home.
